Leaves

Purpose

To apply Leave Requests

Procedure

Manage Leave Application

  • The table at the top, shows available authorized leaves
  • To apply a leave request;
  • Select the leave type from the drop-down list
  • Set the Dates of the Leave
  • Write the relevant Reason for the leave application
  • Click Add new to submit request
    • In case if to apply for others
    • Select the Department of the employee from the drop-down list
    • Select the Employee from the drop-down list

Gazetted Leave

  • Enter the Name of Gazetted Leave
  • Select the Department to apply Gazetted Leaves
  • Set the Dates of the Gazetted Leaves
  • Click Add new to add Gazetted Leaves

Manage Gazetted Leave Exemption

    To Exempt an Employee from gazetted leave;
  • Select the Gazetted Leave from the drop-down list
  • Select the Department from the drop-down list
  • Select the Employee from the drop-down list
  • Set the Dates of Exemption
  • Click Add new to submit exemption request

Tips and Tricks

Leave Types and Authorizations must be defined beforehand.
Leave requires approval through Leave Inquiry for it's applicability

Gazetted Leave Exemption

Some job positions require exemption from Gazetted Leaves, such as Security Guards
